The Catchiest Softball Cheers & Chants

When you or your player really gets into the sport of fastpitch softball, you'll come to find that a different type of battle often permeates the seven innings of play: The Cheer Battle.

While the teams are taking part in the physical contest on the field, there is also a psychological and emotional battle taking place between the two dugouts as the ladies volley back and forth chants and cheers. The purpose is not only to rally their fastpitch squad to a victory, but also to draw the other team's focus away from the diamond.

We've provided the list of battle cries below to give your softball players a full arsenal of the catchiest softball cheers that exist within the game. They are repetitive, silly, and will likely be stuck in your head while you lay awake at night. Which is perfect!

If your group puts in the practice before a fastpitch game or tournament, singing these chants will become second nature to them. Then they will be belting out chants from memory at a critical point in the game while their focus remains on the softball action! And hopefully, this leads to more victories!

Best Softball Cheers and Chants

Easy Softball Cheers For Younger Players

We recommend that younger players focus on shorter, more repetitive cheers to keep things simple. Some of the best softball chants for younger players are listed below.

If you are looking for full-team participation, you often want to incorporate an echo system where a leader (or a couple of players) yell the first portion loudly while the rest of the team repeats in the back. Some of the best examples of such can be seen below.
